George DavisonGeorge Davison | Founding Chairman and CEO

George has worked nineteen years in management, licensing, development and marketing for the retail merchandising/wholesale industry. He has been responsible for clients including Jimmy Buffett, Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Six Flags Theme Park, Sea World, MLS Soccer, Arena League Football, the NCAA, Warner Bros, DC Comics and many more. He has successfully developed many lines for US and internationally based brick and mortar and ecommerce retailers.

Dorthy HarrisDorothy Harris | Vice President of Corporate Sales

Dorothy has worked in the mortgage field since 1995 where she was a loan officer, manager and business owner for CTX Mortgage, Pinnacle Financial and Accurate Mortgage. She is well versed in business matters and operations. More recently, Dorothy started a small apparel company, B&B Sports, and grew its client base from small schools and businesses to include national clients such as Walgreens, Nebraska Bookstores and Barnes and Noble. With her company, she sold licensed apparel from the NCAA and high-end custom accessories. Dorothy has expertise in dealing with manufacturers in the US and abroad and has successfully negotiated several deals to bring products from China here to the US market.

George BloiseGeorge Bloise | Senior Director of Creative Services

George is an Illustrator and Branding Designer. He has worked in various design fields for nearly 20 years and has now amassed a very wide range of skills. From web to graphic design, photography to 3D concept art; whether it’s traditional or digital, for print or for the web, he simply loves everything creative. George has been regularly designing for Universal Studios, Paramount Theme parks, Nickelodeon, Warner Bros., Daytona 500, Motorcycle Rally USA, Kennedy Space Center and many others.

Since 1987, George has resided in Florida where he has been dedicated to his profession as an Illustrator and Art Director. Upon discovering computers with the introduction of the Macintosh in 1989, he embarked on a new digital career. He embraced the computer as an artistic medium and is considered one of the pioneers of digital art.

George has professional experience in brand development, 3D concept design, print, environmental graphics, presentations and project management. His conceptual thinking blends with his technical expertise and creative vision to bring projects from development through completion, thus delivering the customer’s desired outcome within tight deadlines and staying within budget. In addition, he has experience with studio and natural lighting, digital photography & video production, processing, developing, printing, Signage & Graphic Imaging, web design, and prepress production.

Steve DavisonSteve Davison | Director of Logistics

Steve has more than 15 years of experience in logistics and warehouse leadership management. He has worked with companies from Walt Disney, Six Flag Theme Parks, Universal Studios, MLS Soccer, Warner Bros Studios to name a few handling all elements of the customers shipping and retail compliances. He led all aspects of the manufacturing/distribution supply chain, optimizing many manufacturing plants and distribution sites, while integrating dozens of acquisitions during his tenure. Steve has had many years of hands-on experience managing products from the manufacturing process to bringing them to the retail market place. His experience and work ethic will be a key asset to the DPG Team.

Sam SamtaniSam Samtani | Director of Product Sourcing

Sam has worked in sourcing and product development for over 33 years. He is an International product development expert in product sourcing and product development primarily in consumer products ranging from apparel to electronics, healthcare and wellness, promotional products at highly competitive prices without compromising on quality standards. Global Marketing & Sales; first-hand experience across international markets with target-specific strategy to enhance sales and returns. Multilingual skills and multi-cultural background as key assets for market knowledge.
