Meet Our CEO
George W. Davison is the Founder and CEO of DPG Distribution, a leading master sales representative firm known for building high-performance sales organizations and delivering measurable growth for consumer product brands. With more than 34 years of experience in the consumer products industry, George oversees all facets of the business, including sales strategy, operations, growth initiatives, acquisitions, and the development of strategic partnerships across the globe.
George is recognized for his ability to build and scale strong customer relationships that drive long-term success. His leadership philosophy centers on a simple principle: customer success fuels company success. This mindset has become the foundation of DPG’s culture and a key driver behind its consistent performance.
Throughout his career, George has held leadership roles spanning management, licensing, product development, and marketing within the retail merchandising and wholesale sectors. He has been directly responsible for generating billions of dollars in retail sales by executing a proven, results-driven approach to market entry and expansion. Under his leadership, DPG Distribution has helped companies of all sizes—both domestic and international—successfully navigate the complexities of retail and achieve sustainable growth.

George has been a resident of Florida since 1987 and has been married for over 23 years. He has a son who is a graduate of the University of Central Florida and a daughter currently attending Florida State University. Outside of work, George enjoys playing golf and is a passionate fan of both soccer and football.
